Fri 3rd Aug 10:30       12:00 – 13:30 Walk       Workshop Silurian hill fort of Gaer Hill - led by Chepstow Walkers are Welcome. Free guided walk for Festival goers up to the Silurian fort of Gaer Hill and if you are up to it up the 365 steps to the famous viewpoint of Eagles Nest. There are fantastic views along the way and will afford an insight into the local history of the area. Meet: Transition Tent within the site. Time: Allow about 3 hrs or more if group decides to climb the steps. Grade: Not difficult but good shoes for walking are needed and the ability to climb a few stiles.
